      <title>Can't connect 5G hub to App</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just got the ZTEMC888 5G hub. I have set it up and connected devices and seem to be happy with the speeds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I have tried to connect my app to it following the guide and as it's the first time I have to manually login using the username and password on the WebUI on the base of the box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I just keep getting incorrect username or password and I only have a couple of attempts to login left.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Oh, that's quite strange. Is there multiple log in details on the Hub? If so, is it possible you could be entering the information from the wrong set of details?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to eventually get a replacement hub and it worked. However, just today I have switched back to Sky. The hub was throttling speeds every evening at about 7pm and connection was dropping more and more frequently.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
