      <title>Three wants to charge me £105 for BB router but didn't send return label/bag.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I phoned in to cancel my home broadband (5G) contract in June, the contract is cancelled and Three is yet to send me return label / bag for return of their device. On top of that, today they sent me an email that they'd be charging me £105 as I failed to return the device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Yeah, it sounds like MZone's right here, you would be best to speak to the Support Team on chat or by calling so that they can look into getting a bag sent out to you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
