&lt;P&gt;Some Broadband customers have confirmed that their VPN works reliably if switching to a manual APN profile set up for IPv4 only as described in the thread I've linked.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't seem to help, can you let me know a bit more about the issue, for example are you unable to connect whatsoever, or are you experiencing intermittent/random disconnections? Which VPN service are you using?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot get my VPN to work on the 3 broadband. Please can someone help me? It works when hotspotting so I know it has to be the broadband that is stopping the VPN from connecting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
