Can’t access the router settings via the web login

My mum has Three internet, one for the 5G boxes and I’m unable to access the router settings via 192.169.1.1, it just tells me the username or password are wrong. I’ve used the ones on the back of the router.

I’ve also tried re-setting the router and trying again, same error message. How do I access the router settings??

Do you know which 5G router model she has? Most commonly these are the Zyxel NR5103 or the ZTE MC888 or MC801. If we know which router we're dealing with we may be able to find more info to help.

Just to check, when you reset the router did you do a pinhole reset? On most routers there'll be a small button in a recess to trigger a factory reset which you can press with a pin, needle, or SIM tray tool.
