&lt;P&gt;My understanding is that you have a PAYG SIM with a one off promotional data pack rather than a one time SIM. I'm sure if you have registered for My3 you should be able to log in and apply top up credit or more data yes.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried to buy a data pack numerous times but it kept saying I have an active data pack. I had loaded credit to buy a pack..the original data pack ran out, and, used my £60 credit .so now, credit all gone and no data pack..what an absolute rip off..definitely going to source data from a different company&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
