Hi I have three 5G broadband and it is a decent service. However after a few bad storms, my speed as dropped off a cliff and will not return. Have previously had speeds of 200mb-500mb now its around less than 1mb. You will get days when the speed goes above 10mb but its rare now. Leicester LE5 area

Hello, Jelley.

Oh, that's quite a reduction in speed, definitely not as useful as the 200+ mbps you were getting before. The bad weather you mentioned could be responsible as equipment might have been damaged or something like that.

It's also possible that it just happened to coincide with something else going wrong. I'd recommend checking the placement of the hub, trying a few different spots in the house just to see if it makes a difference. You can also check out the Service Status tool to see if there's any known issues in the area. If something happened due to weather, it's likely the issue would show there.

Pete.
