&lt;P&gt;That's quite strange. It sounds like something might be wrong with the 5G hub. It might be worth trying to reposition it around the house to see if it can pick up a better connection somewhere else. You could also try doing a factory reset of the hub to ensure that there's no bugs or configuration issues that might be affecting the connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If those things fail, I'd recommend reaching out to the &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/3dRbPoE" target="_self"&gt;Home Broadband Support Team&lt;/A&gt; to get the issue looked into further.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got no connection with my broadband WiFi (nottingham area - NG10)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using my 5g data right now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5g from three data mobile is working&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but accessing via broadband is not working, I restarted it already but it’s the same, no internet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
