That doesn't sound like the experience we'd expect you to be having. It sounds like something is wrong with it.

You mentioned that it stops working, can you elaborate on what actually happens when the issue occurs?

My scheduled 5G was cancelled, but my 4G data also disconnects daily at 5:30 pm requiring a manual reset.
