Installed 5g home broadband ( the one with outside receiver and Eero device) works well with my streaming devices but my Apple devices lose connection to the internet and it needs a reboot to get them back, some services like Google Maps work fine but email and browsing don’t.

so I can sit and watch Netflix but can’t use browser or email.

Anyone any ideas please? Thanks

Hello there.

Oh no, that's not good. It's strange that some things are working and some are not. You might want to have a look at another thread on the Community where some other users have had success following the advice that was given there. Check it out.

Nothing I have seen on here has helped. Three support guys say they are aware of a problem with internet access and I should wait 7 days and then see if it is fixed, utter nonsense, total waste of of time, have cancelled contract in 30 day “trial” period, Three also pushing self install external hub telling me that the signal outside my house is much better than that within the house, more utter nonsense, a plane of glass between inside and outside is not likely to have a material effect. Very disappointed with this company
