      <description>&lt;P&gt;Broadband went off last Thursday evening. Back on now. Smart TVs are connected to WiFi. Now all TVs show error codes for BBC Iplay, Netflix etc. Security cameras and central heating thermostat will not connect to WiFi. Tried the usual fixes, turning the router off and unplugged TVs from power. Nothing works, HELP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;500 help line is useless. 3 stores do not answer the phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
