No wifi connection

Hi .we are living in torquay ( Devon).no wifi for 48 hours.we have been told via live chat there is a outage & to be patient but when we post asking if anyone else in our area is having the same problem we're the only ones. Any advice or suggestions.tia.

I'm sorry to hear you've had ongoing issues over the weekend.

Has the connection restored today? Are you able to use mobile data currently?

Has there been any update for your postcode on our Network Status Checker?

I'll jump in here. We've had no internet since last Thursday in Plymouth. Service status says no issues, so does twitter support, but if you go through the whole chat hassle they finally tell you theres an ongoing issue with no time frame for a fix.
