      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi .we are living in torquay ( Devon).no wifi for 48 hours.we have been told via live chat there is a outage &amp;amp; to be patient but when we post asking if anyone else in our area is having the same problem we're the only ones. Any advice or suggestions.tia.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'll jump in here. We've had no internet since last Thursday in Plymouth. Service status says no issues, so does twitter support, but if you go through the whole chat hassle they finally tell you theres an ongoing issue with no time frame for a fix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
