      <title>About to end contract soon then realized I never received £5 discount for paying with direct debit?!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed the contract in 2022 Nov and have been paying with direct debit since then.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My contract is about to end next month, then I checked my account for bills and stuffs and saw the bottom of the page&amp;nbsp; on my dashboard saying that my bills have £5 discount each month because I pay with direct debit.&amp;nbsp; I do remember when I signed the contract, the staff told me about it, but then only today, I found out I never have that £5 discount?! Bills never got deducted £5.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should I contact support for this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
