just recieved my new 5g home hub.Once I opened the box, I noticed that sim was already inserted. The main issue was there was no internet connection. I tried to remove the sim and put it back but did not work. I also contact support via chat but not great help. So I am stuck with this issue. Will three shop could help with this if i will brought to there store?

Hello there.

Having the SIM be inserted already is normal. You can test the SIM by putting it into your mobile phone to see if it connects to the network there. If it does, try it back in the hub, if it still doesn't work, the hub may be faulty. If it doesn't work in the phone either, then it's likely the SIM that's faulty, and you can request a replacement SIM.
