&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Three Community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That's an unusual issue. I haven't used these eufy products personally, have you checked with the manufacturer whether they support 4/5G broadband?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If possible, I'd also test to see if it can connect to any other WiFi network, if that's not available, perhaps by hotspotting to a phone? This might be a good indicator of if it's the router or the doorbell that has the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know if either of these suggestions help.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;does anyone know how to connect eufy battery video doorbell to three home broadband&amp;nbsp; it finds the network but wont connect try moving wifi box and route just not working together. everything eles works phones, ipad, xbox, pc, printer!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
