Welcome to the Three Community.

It's unclear if that's a cisco issue or not. Have you tried testing the connection directly to the internet without Cisco to see how that runs in comparison? If it runs the same, it's unlikely to be a Cisco issue.

hi there , just new to 5g wifi as currently with sky non fibre and not due to be upgraded anytime soon, just wondered since im not a techie person if someone could advise me along the way , just got my ZTE router in the other day and the speeds are far better than the 20meg i was limited to on the landline internet, but the speed variance on different devices is staggering so was looking for help or advise re it

work from home and connect to work via cisco connect, when im connected to 3 5G im getting around 50 to 60meg, and the upload speed is woeful ( less than 2 which is less than sky gets me ) regardless if im wireless or wired, . the laptop and router are about 3 feet apart..

the speed on my mobile phone however is over 150 and in some case over 200 even upstairs and uploads around 7 to 9 so wondered if its maybe either the cisco connect or possibly wifi on the laptop thats causing such a disparity as at times it certainly feels a lot slower when things are loading up on the laptop

thanks
