    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone, I signed a contract for 5G home internet. I picked up the device in the store. Unfortunately, the box was missing the Ethernet Adaptor PoE. I complained to the store but they told me that they can't do anything and that I should contact Three. Can I cancel the contract and return the incomplete device?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That's not so good. Was it the outdoor Hub that you purchased?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the package was incomplete, the store should be able to exchange it. If they are advising they can't do that, you do have the right to return it to them if you want to do that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they are directing you to speak to the &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/3dRbPoE" target="_self"&gt;Support Team&lt;/A&gt;, it might be worth trying before you do head back into store. Perhaps there's something they can do to help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
