      <title>Sub 10Mbps download speeds,  London</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had my 3 5G&amp;nbsp;Router - Huawei 5G CPE Pro 2 (H122-373) - for a couple of years.&amp;nbsp; It has generally been fast enough, capable of 200Mbps in the middle of the night but more often 20Mbps in the day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not so, recently.&amp;nbsp; I don't see 10Mbps.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;nbsp;can't remember when I last saw it actually on 5G.&amp;nbsp; Restarting it and/or moving it make no difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The coverage and status checkers don't report anything different.&amp;nbsp; What can I do?&amp;nbsp; I'm in Central London.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Kate&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The router is on a windowsill on it's own, 1m away from anything.&amp;nbsp; I've tried other windowsills - all the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Network status says "&lt;SPAN&gt;Our systems haven't reported any network problems.&lt;/SPAN&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check coverage says "4G&amp;nbsp;Yes – Excellent service" and "5G&amp;nbsp;Yes – 5G is live" but I never get a green 5G LED.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's all the info I seem to be able to get from my side.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Is there any way to ask someone to check contention or throttling?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
