    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can connect to both the nvr and the wifi camera whilst I'm on my home wifi. I have wifi cams from ring, blink, eufy and swann that work perfectly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Three UK 5G home broadband router (huawei NR5103E) connected to a mesh network of BT whole home wifi disks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve connected the nvr to both a mesh disk and also my 5G router via ethernet cable&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m assuming it’s a setting on the 5G router that’s causing the issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I first got the reolink WiFi cam which had the same issue. Then got some hardwired poe cams and a reolink nvr and the issue still exists. I can connect to them using my home WiFi network. I’ve tried an android and iPhone. UID is enabled on the nvr. I've tried to switch my firewall settings to low and switched off ipv4 and 6 firewall on my router so far&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had the same issue for months. Reolink support exhausted all options. Bought another NVR on Amazon - same issue - returned. Was browsing Three Community posts and found the solution!!!       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks so much for posting this fix. Just got a Reolink setup and I'm using a&amp;nbsp;three nr5103e. Was similarly unable to connect to the NVR when off the local network and those changes sorted it for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
