    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning All.&lt;BR /&gt;I have the 5g home broadband service and it’s generally been great.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However recently it seems to not want to connect to 5g but it’s stuck on 4g. My postcode is SE12.       <description>&lt;P&gt;The problem is back &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crying_face:"&gt;😢&lt;/span&gt; &amp;nbsp;- only getting 4g connection and no 5g&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was network maintenance earlier in the week but Three say that is complete.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They did a coverage check and it seems a mast has gone off in our area and don't know when it will be fixed &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They then offered me the option to exit my contract early ( there are 18 months of contract&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;remaining) &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Will see if it gets better early next week else will probably jump ship.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
