My broadband network has been fluctuating constantly. Whenever the router shows a green light, indicating 4G connectivity, I'm unable to access the internet. The highest speed I get during this time is 700kbps. Despite calling customer service multiple times, they attribute the issue to congestion in my area, without providing a resolution timeline. This problem has persisted for over three months, resulting in frequent internet outages lasting over three hours. It's extremely frustrating.

Hello there.

It's disappointing to hear you're having issues with speed during some parts of the day. If the team have been unable to provide a timeline for a fix yet, it might be due to the complexity of resolving congestion related issues. Hopefully engineers are working on it so that your connection speeds can be made more stable throughout the day!

Pete.
