Trying to return 5G router at the end of my contract I have asked 5 times for a bag to return the 5 G Router but they never send a bag out leaving the country shortly I am out of contract but when you speak to them they just try selling you something else

Ah, that's not so great. I'm unsure why you wouldn't have received it yet, it normally only takes 5 working days to reach you.

An alternative option to the Jiffy bag that gets sent out, would be to request a DPD label from the team instead. This is emailed out, so is much faster to reach you. Asking the team to send that to you should result in success and avoids the delay of having to wait for the jiffy bag/envelope.
