    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in a similar position ii am out of contract but they won't let me return the 5 G Router if I stop the payments it will just go down on your credit file then you struggle to get a further phone contract at my wits end dealing with this company&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I like many before me cannot get an email with a DPD return label in order to return equipment within first 30 days as allowed under the terms of the contract, Does such a thing exist? If so, does anyone know the address in case I have to arrange this myself;f and incur costs in order to end this nightmare!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help? Please!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks he gave me a link which I tried all day but keeps saying busy try later. I’m awaiting call back today from support after having to wait 72 hours. I’m getting to the stage where I just want a return address and I will arrange DPD collection and delivery at my own expense. Thanks anyway&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good news label received and router on its way back. It's restored my faith. It's a shame I had to go through this experience simply to return an item to Three.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your intervention, but surely there are lessons to be learnt on the returns side. &amp;nbsp;understand customer retention is important but so is customer service/experience surely.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There are about three threads on it, numerous customers involved and it is certainly costing Three further customers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am keen to try Three 5G Broadband but I am certainly not going to do so until all of the issues around VPNs, returns if there are problems and the like are sorted !&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can you please support me. I've tried using the online chat on 7th Oct, 17th Oct and 21st Oct. Was told I would be sent a jiffy bag which didn't ever arrive. So I called the business care team on 23rd Oct and again at 8:30am today and was told that they don't send Jiffy bags but would send me a DPD QR Code. Again this hasn't arrived. I am at my wits end now and so frustrated with Three, I am also being charged for services I have never received. I think court is my only option as no-one seems to be able to help me and it is having financial implication on our business.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That's not so good. I'm unsure why the email wouldn't be arriving. Have you tried requesting that the team just send you out the return packaging by post instead? It should avoid the issue of the email not arriving.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We usually advise to allow up to 5 working days for a returns bag, but it rarely takes as long as that. Please let me know if you receive the bag within the next few days, or if you still need help with this.&lt;/P&gt;
