Hi- everything time I go to the west end in london my 3 phone won’t work.

I can’t look up train times, access apple or google maps, get an uber, check train times etc . It’s useless . This happens consistently but seems to be only 3/me as I know others with other providers are perfectly able to use their phones to access apps and information.

I have to screen shot tickets onto files/photos as I can never count on there being coverage to open emails. Yesterday was weird as it was showing about 3 bars and 4G but still refused to work at all. This has happened every time I’ve been to that area of london which I visit maybe once a month. then once I leave it’s fine.
it is very stressful as I got really lost with my 7 year old daughter yesterday evening trying to find a theatre. We walked round and round and luckily managed to find it but no thanks at all the 3.
Why is it always like this ? It’s really stressful.

Hello, Charlie.

That's not so good. It sounds like that might be something to do with the network specific to the area. Perhaps Congestion as Trevor suggested.

It's not possible to know for sure from here, but the Support Team might be able to find additional information about the issue if you'd like to run through some checks with them.
