    <description>&lt;P&gt;My 5g router is on and has been reset multiple times and still no internet. It says connected with no internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;called and they said they closed down all 3g towers however this router gets 4g (doesnt get 5g)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it went back on for about 3h and now off again since 3pm. Has anyone had this issue and is aware of whats going on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your router connecting to the network. Have you entered your full postcode on our &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage?tab=2" target="_self"&gt;Network status checker&lt;/A&gt; to check for any possible issues?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you able to get service on any other Three device? If not, could you possibly enter the SIM into another phone to test this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
