The days and counting and still no internet in Aberystwyth, 5g home broadband was great at first now no speeds over 1mb. Unable to get through to customer support

Same here, no broadband in Gwynedd. As you said no speed over 1mb. Spent an hour speaking to team and it may take up to 7 days for one of their technical support team members to call me.
