    <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I can't connect the 5g app to my NR1513E. I used to connect when I first got it a month ago. I've tried resetting the router but when I try to connect using the QR code the app doesn't open the camera. If I manually open the camera it just takes a photo. I've tried using Google lens which does connect my device to the router and gives internet access but this does not allow the app to connect it just states " We couldn't find your Hub"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That's odd. Have you checked to ensure the app still has permissions to access the camera on your phone? It might also be worth checking to see if the app is up to date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
