&lt;P&gt;We're sorry to hear you're having difficulties getting connected. Does the old SIM still work in your old router? If there's a new SIM that's be given, you can try this in the new 5G router and see if this works too.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>5G Router Set Up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Received my new 5G router (upgrade from the 4G router I had for 2 years. But it is not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have inserted the old SIM card. Powered it up, but despite numerous restarts (power off and router resets) I still fail to connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lights are as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WPS light - Red&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Power light - Red&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Signal light - Red&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Internet connection - Green&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WiFi light - Green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SMS light - Off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
