topic Port forwarding NR5103EV2 in Broadband

I have a strict NAT type on COD Warzone and I have tried to set up port forwarding to open the NAT and sort this issue, unfortunately it didn't work and I'm not sure whether I did the portforwarding correctly. Once the rules were added each of them had a amber lightbulb next to them?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated as I can barely connect to warzone matches or voice parties inside COD.

I have also enabled UpnP and this didn't work either, I'm on PC.

hello
I've seen smilar posts in this forum, and generally the solution seems to be to change 3internet APN to ipv4 (from IPv6)
I think the following might be the most recent post https://community.three.co.uk/t5/Broadband/UPnP-not-working/m-p/42851
