topic Returning 5G Router in Broadband

I am still waiting for the returns bag to post my 5g router back to 3, it's been 2 weeks and still no returns bag. What is happening with delay, can I just pop into a 3 store and hand it back to them. I cancelled the home broadband because it keep dropping out poor signal strength, hopping between 4g 5g, customer service said that's because I'm on the fringe area of cover. They were quick enough to sign me up and quick with getting the hub to me, BUT NOT SO QUICK to get it back.

Hey @PK555

Sorry to hear that you've not received your returns bag as expected.

The store won't be able to accept the device back, but if you can reach out to the team here, they'll be able to chase this up for you.

And another one! Hope you got this resolved. Anybody fancy reporting this scam to Watchdog?! There is sufficient evidence on this forum alone that there is something beyond incompetence occuring here.
