Hey @Georgiarf,

Sorry to hear that the suggestions didn't work for you, if you don't have access to a device that can connect to the router by ethernet, I'd try @crypt0ninja's suggestion to do a pinhole factory reset next.

I'm not sure which model of router you have but many also have a WPS button too, if you try to connect with a device then press this, it usually bypasses the need to enter any passwords.

If all else fails, you'd probably best get this checked out with the manufacturer or our Tech team. Was the router supplied to you by Three, or did you purchase it elsewhere to use with a Three SIM? Let us know and we'll direct you accordingly.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Just got a new 4G router and the broadband seems to be working but mac laptops, android phone and iphones won’t connect.

The pop up says that a WPA2 password is needed but the WPA password on the back of the router isn’t working.

Hey, @Georgiarf, welcome to Three Community. The password you need should be the one printed on the router, so I'm sorry that doesn't seem to be working.

As @Geluk has suggested, if you can connect your laptop to the router via an ethernet cable, you should then be able to log into the settings. Just open a web browser and enter http://192.168.32.1 in the address bar.

Use the device manager site password printed on the router to log in, and you should see the admin page. From there you can update the Wi-Fi password.

Let us know if this works, or if you're still stuck. We'll do all we can to help get you connected.

There's probably a small pin reset button somewhere on the router to reset it to factory defaults.

Maybe give that a go!
