    <description>&lt;P&gt;Im trying to access my account but once im logged into the website and hit 'manage account' i have a spinning wheel for ages and the a 'something went wrong' prompt.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you've been having trouble managing your account online.&amp;nbsp;I'm not aware of any current larger scale issues. Can you let me know what model of device(s) you've been running into these errors with, and is this an issue when using the Three App, on browsers, or both?&lt;/P&gt;
