      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been offline all day and eventually got hold of the helpdesk to be told my account has been closed because the account holder has deceased?????. I asked to be reconnected as there has obviously been a cockup on their part! To be told it will take 72 hrs minimum as it has to be investigated!!.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not happy at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I&lt;/P&gt;</description>
