Hello, Vlad.

That sounds frustrating. There might be a fault or something like that happening in the area. You can use the service checker to find out if that's the case, and might be able to see when it's going to be resolved. If you can't see any issues locally, it might be worth checking the device and SIM card to ensure there's no issues there.

Pete.

Thanks PeteG. I did check my post code and it was you're working in the area. Doesn't say when the issue will be resolved though. I do remember, last time I had same sort of issue, that message was on for a long time, probably weeks. Then I contacted your technical team and somehow after them asking me to restart my router about 3 times and a long conversation with your colleague - my Internet started working super fast.. Not sure how this happened almost immediately that day and was reading the message that you're working in the area I live for a few weeks.

Any chance anyone help please?

We don't have that sort of information, Vlad5. We're glad to hear this has been resolved for you and means our engineers have worked hard getting things back up and running for our customers in the area.

Sorry for the confusion, as you'd mentioned after the restart the internet was working fast for you. If there's work being carried out within the area, we wouldn't have a fix date for this here. Did the agents explain of any time frame for this at all?
