    <description>&lt;P&gt;Got up this morning everything fine, nipped out to work, came back a few hours later and the router is dead! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rang 3 hub support, negotiated the evident language barrier and ended up humouring the chap and carrying out a manual reset on a dead hub! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I now have to wait 5-7 working days for a replacement hub! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else experienced their hub just completely turning off? &amp;nbsp;Have any tips on what to do with it??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your router. So was the router totally dead i.e no power? Did the team manage to get this swapped out for you?&lt;/P&gt;
