The instructions say that I should insert the SIM but it is already inserted into the router with the empty packaging in the box. Is this normal? My hub arrived yesterday with the sim inserted - the wrong way!! I did not know it was inserted the wrong way and called customer services, who also did not know it was inserted the wrong way!&nbsp; They sent me a replacement hub and I figured out it had been inserted the wrong way and placed it the correct way! God what a waste of time.
