&lt;P&gt;Have you used the &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/3EEPwQh" target="_self"&gt;Network checker&lt;/A&gt; to see if there is an issue with the coverage in the area? Have you completed a factory reset of your hub?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If none of this helps, I'd recommend you pop over to our &lt;A href="https://bit.ly/3MQgrfW" target="_self"&gt;Broadband support team&lt;/A&gt; to get some further diagnostics run.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Three 5G Hub</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got three home broadband a few weeks ago and to begin with speeds were fine for what I need ~50mbps. But now they seem to have totally dropped off and I'm getting speeds as low as below 1. When I put the hub SIM in to my phone I am getting the higher speeds of 50. I have tried the hub at every socket in my house and still getting the same result. My phone SIM is also with three and it is getting even higher speeds of 70+.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
