&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Three Community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That's not great. It's a product I'm not familiar with, but I'd recommend starting by turning the hub off and on again just to make sure there's no issues there. If everything else is working correctly, and you're still having the issue with the Proxy, it would be best to reach out to the provider of the service and ask them for details on what error is occurring and preventing the connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For work reasons I need to use a proxy (&lt;A href="https://www.charlesproxy.com/" target="_self"&gt;Charles Proxy&lt;/A&gt; or &lt;A href="https://proxyman.com/" target="_self"&gt;Proxyman&lt;/A&gt;) that I run on my Macbook.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to connect my Android phone to the proxy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Android phone has no internet. It works normally with other routers.&lt;BR /&gt;These are the instructions to connect.
