&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Three Community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That's strange. I'm not sure which setting would be preventing the laptop from connecting, but I know that by default the Hub is configured to let all devices that have the right password connect properly, so perhaps doing a factory reset of the device will resolve the issue if it is indeed an issue with settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Three 5g hub broadband doesnt work with my work laptop</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My work laptop connects to the three wifi but the wifi doesn't work. I know the signal is fine because wifi works on every other device, and I know my work laptop's fine as my girlfriend has the same broadband and there are no issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think my hub in particular has some setting on that is preventing me from accessing the Internet, but I can't find how to properly access and fix these settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone please assist&lt;/P&gt;</description>
