    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the delayed reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last couple of days it's been...fine?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know why or how it's suddenly started being stable, had zero dropouts and the speeds are insanely fast in the early mornings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Eero reported a fastest at around 582mbps down 83 mbps up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Touch wood it'll stay connected and not drop again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>5G Outdoor Hub</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've recently gotten the 5G Outdoor hub kit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When it works, it's been fantastic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But now the new kit has taken on the old hub's issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It'll reboot on it's own accord, with no interaction from me and drop off the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Going through the syslogs, there's many many mentions of:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sat Mar 29 23:06:03 2025 daemon.info atcid[9820]: [ATCI] 1043:readline(): ERROR:No data from USB devices&lt;BR /&gt;Sat Mar 29 23:06:03 2025 daemon.info atcid[9820]: [ATCI] 974:readline(): invalide fd set [3].&lt;BR /&gt;Sat Mar 29 23:06:03 2025 daemon.info atcid[9820]: [ATCI] 974:readline(): invalide fd set [4].&lt;BR /&gt;Sat Mar 29 23:06:03 2025 daemon.info atcid[9820]: [ATCI] 974:readline(): invalide fd set [6].&lt;BR /&gt;Sat Mar 29 23:06:03 2025 daemon.info atcid[9820]: [ATCI] 1006:readline(): Wait for select data from USB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And other Linux code I cannot decypher at the current moment, but there's no visible syslog entry for why it's rebooting semi constantly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This hub also has a Brand new sim card too, but the issues remain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone assist on this? As I'm sorta ready to send it back to Three.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Three Community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Oh, it's disappointing to hear it was running so well only to start acting poorly. Does the outdoor hub have a USB port? If so, are you using it? Could you check the Hub to ensure that any port covers are closed correctly?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not entirely sure what would cause those errors to start popping up, but if everything looks ok on the outside, I'd recommend doing a factory reset. If it continues after that, the hub might need looked at by the team, perhaps even replaced.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
