OK, the saga goes on. After hours repeatedly contacting the Indian support team and literally having to explain everything from scratch every time (VERY annoying!) They failed to solve the frequent internet disconnections. They agreed to take away my old ZTE and replace it with a new one of the same model/ Guess what - doing exactly the same 😞 In fact this is worse. whereas before disconnections were one or two seconds it is now disconnecting every few minutes for 20-30 or more seconds. the web interface shows no data transfer, the interface hangs. This has to be a ZTE router flaw as my old B535-232 works completely fine. The only reason I can't use it is because the LAN ports stopped working after a thunderstorm!. I can't see how 2 brand new routers can both be faulty. It must be a setting or glitch that Three are unaware of. So I have now bought a refurbished B535-232 and will see what happens. I really can't face trying to contact three support again!
