Excellent indoor coverage but not outdoor

Hi, I currently have Three 5g broadband, about to come to end of contract. Tried to upgrade equip to newer indoor/outdoor router as I use broadband in summerhouse when home and a caravan now when away, and 5g router is bulky. Was told I can't have alternative indoor/ outdoor device as signal is excellent indoor at my home address but not outdoor. Surely complete rubbish advice but happy to be educated. Losing a customer, and I don't get no flexibility when device will most likely be indoors most of time with flexibility to put outside if signal flaky when away with caravan.

That's certainly quite odd, if you check our Coverage Checker, is there patchy or variable 5G coverage in the area? You can also check what Broadband services are available with this Home Broadband checker on our Shop page,
