      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone having trouble syncing notes on Simplenote?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(&lt;A href="https://simplenote.com/" target="_blank"&gt;https://simplenote.com/&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although it seems to work on non-three networks, I'm getting very uneven performance on three broadband, especially with my ipad, much less so with my computers. It's very difficult to diagnose, so if you use Simplenote, can you say whether you're getting good or bad service with it on 3?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about this. I can't recall Simplenote being referenced on our Community in the past. Can you let me know a bit more about the issue? For example, are there any error messages, or is this a outright or intermittent failure to connect to the site in question? Are you having this issue when connecting various devices from a Three Broadband router, or does the iPad use a separate Three SIM also?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for responding. Right now, for the first time since I started with three broadband at the beginning of the month, everything is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, syncing wasn't consistently working, and I couldn't reach the related website simperium.com, for the last week or so, across multiple devices on three broadband. I did test with a number of broadband services, and it was unique to three.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will post again if this reoccurs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the delay getting back to you there. I can only guess there's not many people on Three using Simplenote/Simperium's services, as we're not seeing any other reports, but this may simply be that it's not services used by many of our customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have raised the issue with our Service Desk to see how we best investigate further. Just to double check, so no other signs of issues with your connections, good speeds, and no packet loss when using other websites and apps?&lt;/P&gt;
