    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all.&lt;BR /&gt;I ended my 5g broadband contract with 3 on 5/4/2025. 3 sent me a prepaid Jiffy bag to return the router in. I’ve returned the router and the tracking number confirms that it was delivered. However I’ve not had any contact from 3 to confirm receipt of the returned router. Is this normal? Just asking as I don’t want to be lumbered with a charge for not returning the router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;TIA.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To be on the safe side check with Three customer service. It’s quite a short timescale so it’s pretty certain all is ok.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
