    <description>&lt;P&gt;After having no luck with the E5-250MA, I have been given a new NR5103e, which has been working well so far for the past three days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I have attempted &amp;amp; failed to log into the admin settings - scanning the QR code does not work as it keeps popping up with 'QR code is invalid', and manually typing in the admin username/password also seems to fail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Might my device have the wrong login settings printed on it? And who do I need to contact to get the right ones?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure how something like that would happen, but if that's the case, I image the &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/home-broadband?intid=hbbsupportnav" target="_self"&gt;broadband support team&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;would be best equipped to help with that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
