No one can give any sensible advice without more information!

What speed were you getting and what is it it now?

What equipment are you using? Where are you located?

Totally agree with MymsMan. We’re customers and don’t practice clairvoyance.

Sorry to hear that the speeds have been letting you down lately. As the others have said, more detail will help us determine how to troubleshoot this further. As a starting point our Network Status Checker will help confirm if there's any known problems or planned work we're aware of in your area.

Let me know if there's any issues showing there or not, and as suggested, if you can describe the issue in terms of the devices and services affected this might give some further ideas on how to advise you.
