Looking into getting away from virgin, me and wife both have our phones with three which sometimes are on 4g but mostly on 3G at home. Threes coverage checker says my address is fine for 5g broadband.
how easy is it to cancel if it doesn’t perform.

Hi @Ajpepe,

Glad to hear you're considering Three Broadband. We do our best to check for issues with coverage, congestion, and many other factors, so if you're seeing an option to order in your area, that should mean the service has been assessed and approved there. Sometimes there's factors outside our control, but we do make allowance for that too.

All Broadband deals have a 30 day return window, just let us know if it doesn't meet your expectations and we can arrange to have the router sent back to us.

Thanks,
JonathanB
