      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it’s suddenly stopped working and you’ve absolutely no idea why (no monies owed causing your account to be suspended) then your next step is to put your postcode into the Three status checker to see if there are any technical issues with your local mast. If all that draws a blank then you’ll need to call customer service. As to you second post asking if anyone is there,we are mainly customers on this discussion forum so the answer was no.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
