    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you contact support via chat they'll bump you up. I was frustrated being sold it on the basis I'd have 5g broadband "in seconds" which actually translated to 2 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Credit to the (actually very useless in general) support team, once I reached out it was activated within 30 minutes of reaching out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have just received my Mifi mobile broadband and it’s not working only light that is coming on is the battery&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;rung customers services they said I would have to wait for 24 hours&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any advice would be great thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I too have one of these and mine came with the SIM card inactive. Took 24 hours for it to start working. Sounds like yours is the same. Periodically turn the device off and on and eventually it’ll start working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
