No Three chat broken, not a browsers or pop up issue, nothing you do will allow access. Tested on a numbers of browsers and devices. I can get no support, this is useless, there no accessible way to make contact.

Working fine for me

Ensure you have latest version of the app, there were a few posts a couple months or so about similar issues. Or as @Geluk suggested try to access your account from a web browser
