I have the same problem so I'm using it in 4G mode, not really what I was hoping for. Hoping for more useful advice than the other reply.

Just set up new 5g broadband. Download speed is excellent. However upload only 0.35 mps.

Does anyone have any advice on this settings wise?

Hey @Paul1,

Welcome to the Three Community.

Glad to hear you're getting good speeds for download, but that does sound awfully low for an upload speed. How are you measuring this, on a speed test site?

Does it make any difference whether the device you measure from is on WiFi or plugged in with an Ethernet? How about your router positioning, have you tested from multiple locations? Generally, somewhere near a window works best, and it can also help to make sure the router is 1 metre from other electronic devices as this can cause interference.

I'd recommend giving our network status checker a look too, just in case we're working on masts in the area.

Let me know the answers to the above, and if any suggestions seem to help. 🙂

JonathanB
